Troubled to learn that garbage trucks are among the most polluting vehicles on the road, Jim wondered if he could reduce pickups by compacting at the source. Today, BigBelly garbage and recycling units are located in over 50 countries around the world. The smart BigBelly compacts trash and sends pick up alerts when full, decreasing garbage truck emissions while increasing savings and productivity. BigBelly Solar was acquired in 2019, giving all investors a return on their money.
